Sous Chef

Dreamland Margate is a multi-faceted business, it has a clear vision to become a year-round entertainment destination that needs to connect to a broad range of audiences. It has an invigorating and bright future; the amusement park has undergone a multi-million-pound investment and is now a must visit attraction.

What we are looking for:

You will assist the Head Chef with undercover operation and conference/banquet events during the off-peak season, and to also assist with park operation during peak season.

You will train kitchen assistants in food handling and production, ensuring paperwork and HACCP policy are being followed at all times, and filling in for the Head Chef when they are away or on annual leave.

You will have at least 4 years conferencing and banqueting experience, at least 3 years sous chef experience, 1 Rosette experience, proven track record operating multiple units and a diverse team and designing and creating new menus and menu items
