Digital Content Executive

The Role: 

Create and deliver integrated digital content across the different business areas (amusement park, events, corporate and community) to include; video, social platforms, broadcast network, website, email, presentations and proposals 

Key Responsibilities:

=       Creating and editing video content

=       Capturing photography for events, park and other business areas

=       Content development for digital assets

=       Digital asset file management

=       Social media influence and content provider

The role:

       Undertake filming and photography across the Dreamland businesses

       Create and deliver integrated digital content across the different business areas (amusement park, events, corporate and community) to include; video, social platforms, broadcast network, website, email, presentations and proposals

       Ensure that the digital content represents the Dreamland brand values and key marketing messaging

       Be a key influence on how digital content is used on social media and other digital platforms

       Assist in the implementation of the Dreamland social strategy along with Head of Marketing and wider marketing team

       Manage and schedule on-site broadcast network

       Provide practical and strategic digital support

       Work alongside team members to improve digital and social engagement, reach, open rates, increase ticket sales and overall success rates for campaigns

       Understand audience’s social behavior

       Segmenting social and email audiences

       Understand and deliver against KPIs and targets for social/content/other digital activity

       Establish tracking mechanism and set reporting for KPIs

       Spot opportunities and pitfalls in social and digital activity

       Create and manage content online

       Assist in the success of the influencer programme

       Use software to gain real time insights into customers
